Registration and Housing Information

Welcome to the 2019 AAGL Global Congress Registration page. If you are an AAGL member please have your log in information ready. If you are not a member, you will be prompted to create an account. Payment is required to confirm your participation. Please be sure to book your hotel room on or before 10/15 at AAGL’s discounted rates.

Registration Instructions:

  • Click on the Register button
  • Log in using your AAGL Membership information or create a new account if you are not an AAGL member.
  • Fill in the attendee information section, select your registration fee category and the sessions you want.
  • An itinerary and costs will be created for you based on your selections.
  • Choose your preferred method of payment.
  • SUBMIT with one simple click.
  • Once you submit and pay for your registration, you will be sent a confirmation.
  • The cut off has passed.  Please contact the hotel directly to book your hotel rooms!

Registration Rates:

You must be registered for the Global Congress in order to add any of the course and event selections in Step Two. Please note: registration fees increase by $100 per category if purchased on-site.

New for 2019!   Ever wish you could review or re-watch Global Congress sessions you attended or missed? This year AAGL is offering Video-On-Demand!  This new option will provide attendees with post congress access to all General Sessions, Plenaries, Open Communications, Surgical Tutorials, and Telesurgeries.  That’s over 300 talks on MIGS!  The fee for this add-on is only $199.*

*CME not available. Course availability depends on speaker participation. You must be a Global Congress registrant to purchase this option. Content will be released online on or before December 1, 2019 and includes 18 months of online access.

Guest Policy

A $95 fee applies for all guests and includes entry to the Welcome Reception (Sunday) and entrance to the exhibit hall (Monday and Tuesday).  Separate fees apply for optional tours, exhibit hall box lunches and the Presidential Gala.  Please purchase optional tickets during the registration process.  A limited number of tickets may be available at the on-site registration desk. *Optional tours subject to cancel if minimums are not met.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received on or before October 7, 2019. You will be refunded less a $125 administrative fee. No refunds can be granted after October 7th. Email:
