Course Description

This session provides a look into trends and best practice in robot-assisted gynecologic surgery. Participants will be exposed to a wide range of robotic approaches to benign gynecologic conditions.

Course Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, the participant will be able to: 1) Identify trends in the use of robotic surgery in comparison to alternative approaches; 2) identify best practice for safety in robotic surgery; and 3) review robotic approaches to other benign gynecologic conditions including fibroid, other benign pelvic masses and endometriosis.
